Order Status:

If you are ordering within the 48 contiguous United States, you can expect your order to be shipped within 5-7 business days. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order is shipped along with tracking information if applicable.

Product Availability:

Inventory stock status is updated on a regular basis. Occasionally, an In-stock item online may go out of stock by the time your order is processed. In these cases, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible via email or phone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Out-of-Stock/Back Ordered Items:

In the case of an out-of-stock item, we will put the out-of-stock item on back order and then notify you via email or phone of the back order, and the tentative date it is expected to be available. Once the item is available, we will automatically ship the item to your confirmed shipping address.

Note: All ordered items must be in stock for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or Guam. To request other arrangements, please contact Customer Service via email.

Discontinued Items:

If an item you ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you and let you know if there are any recommended replacement items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.
